All our apartments are fully integrated with the modern Phillip mobile app

This innovative technology allows tenants to access a range of services directly from their mobile device:

  • Access to the building by mobile phone, RFID chip or code and communication with visitors via video call.

  • Energy consumption monitoring, energy saving options, extension with smart-home solutions, access and change management via mobile app.

  • Quickly report faults, track downtime, vote in polls on important topics and manage payments and changes from your home.

RECEPTION

Delta Hagibor Residence has a reception desk that will serve the tenants for their comfort and safety. The reception will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., 7 days a week.

ELECTRIC CHARGERS IN GARAGES

In line with our focus on sustainability and the promotion of modern technology, we have equipped our garages with electric chargers. This service is available to all residents who own electric vehicles and is a further step towards promoting green mobility and reducing CO2 emissions.
